Proposition 33 is an ill-drafted and myopic blunder, which would throw municipalities and the quest for more and affordable housing into unrecoverable disarray.
The Bill is promoted to undermine precepts of the democratic ideals and pioneer spirit that makes California great. It is downright subversive.
Do not be deceived. DO not be duped.
Vote NO on Proposition 33.
